Remcon Builders Ltd., owned and operated by Jurgen Schlenker, a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter born in Medicine Hat, boasts a rich history in the construction industry. Since 1989, Remcon has been dedicated to building homes for the residents of Medicine Hat. Devin began his journey with the company while still in school and continued to develop his skills through an apprenticeship with Remcon after graduating high school, ultimately becoming a highly skilled journeyman carpenter. Known for his hard work, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge in carpentry and related fields, Devin is a valuable asset to the company, actively involved in all Remcon construction and renovation projects to ensure they meet our high standards. Outside of work, he is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending his downtime hunting, fishing, and camping, balancing his professional dedication with a passion for outdoor activities.

Some dropped ceiling work in basement and two tub/showers changed out with new tubs and ceramic tiles installed. They brought in some amazing tradesmen who were real craftsmen as well. Jurgen and his team looked after fixing our deck which was starting to be a safety concern. We were impressed with the work that was done along with how well they did the job without disrupting us at all. The deck is complete and looks amazing and there is no longer a concern that anyone will get hurt. Everything was done very professionally and the quality of the work is great. Jurgen, Devin, and their team were incredibly professional and caring. Not only is their work ethic incredible, their professionalism and craftsmanship is second to none. They treat your home as if it's their own and it shows in the final results. They repaired our home after a house fire and we could not be happier with the results! They even worked extra hard to get us into our house to celebrate Christmas. Given that we were dealing with insurance, there were often times that we were waiting for information and approvals. Jurgen's patience and understanding was unwavering and greatly appreciated. Dustin's attention to detail and pleasant manner made it a pleasure whenever we stopped by the house. Choose Remcon ..When you are looking for modern day ‘Good Bones’ !! It’s harder to find than you think these days. Attention to detail behind the pretty finishes matters just as much or more to me .. ie: Remcon engineered/took extra effort building our stairs in a way to avoid future squeaks & creaking they do these things without being asked because they care about the home they are selling to your family. We did a kitchen gut and living room makeover..What a transformation!!! Jurgen and his team made my ideas a reality and it turned out beautifully. Im greatful for his experience (and patience lol) Renovations are lengthy and stressful, but any stress was quickly dealt with. All the trades people were knowledgable, friendly and easy to talk to as well. Very happy with it all!
